Stock Challenge!!!

There are currently 3 stock challenges from:

1. OCBC
2. Citibank
3. Poems

All claim to let people test out their "investing" skills and pit to win attractive prizes.

But... investing? How can a mere 2 months show your investing skills? Investing is seeing companies as businesses. How can 2 months show that you picked a profitable company? How can companies show how profitable and how much they can grow within a span of 2 months?

They should call it a pitting of trading and speculating skills instead.

The diminishing Everton

Everton just bought Marouane Fellaini for an initial £15million from Standard Liege in desperation.

The question is: Is he really worth that much?

Although we haven seen him in action, this seems to be a bad move in the long run. This 15 million could have bought more players in the squad without compromising quality. They could at least wait for the next transfer window.

So, how are they going to buy more players in the next transfer windows after this? They better start looking right now...
