Body Types

the Ectomorph

The ectomorph has less muscles and relatively lighter bones than the others, which makes his nervous system forming a bigger part of his body compared to others, and that's what makes him emotionally sensitive. You can know easily if someone is an ectomorph by checking for the following: he appears to be slim, his limbs are longer than others, he appears taller than he is, his muscles are much smaller, he hardly gains weight by working out or by eating, he eats to live and does not live to eat. Additional note about the ectomorph is that his exposed nervous system can cause him to be vulnerable to many emotional problems and mood swings more than the other types.

the mesomproph

The mesomorph is called the balanced because his body is formed of a balanced combination of muscles, bones and the nervous system, which results in having an athletic form. The mesomorph's body has well-defined muscles and large bones. the mesomorph appears to be working out regulary although he may have never worked out before. The mesomorph's main personality trait is balance, he is more close to balance than other people, he is highly energetic, most likely you will find him playing a certain sport, there is a great possibility that he is an adventure lover, and he doesn't have problems in doing physical work, he is highly tolerant and not sensitive to circumstances as the ectomorph is.

the endomorph

The last type is the endomorph. The body of the endomorph is round and soft. if you want a perfect example of a an endomorph it would be big mama (in big mama's house movie).a big part of his mass is concentrated in the abdominal area. hands and feet of the endomorph are comparatively small. The endomorph is social by nature, fun loving, and relaxed, he loves food (pretty logical), and he is a nice company to be with.

With this truth, I'm really at a state of "the enlightenment", to a more rational outlook. It is so true, think about your friends and relate to this.

The difference between men talking and women talking

Two women talking:

Woman 1: Oh! You got a haircut! That's so cute!

Woman 2: Do you think so? I wasn't sure when she gave me the mirror. I Mean, you don't think it's too fluffy looking?

Woman 1: No, it's perfect. I would love to get my hair cut like that, but I think my face is too wide. I'm pretty much stuck with this stuff I think!

Woman 2: Are you serious? I think your face is adorable. And you could easily get one of those layer cuts - that would look so cute I think. I was actually going to do that except that I was afraid it would accent my long neck.

Woman 1: Oh - that's funny! I would love to have your neck! Anything to take attention away from these football player shoulders of mine.

Woman 2: Are you kidding? I know girls that would love to have your shoulders. Everything drapes so well on you. I mean, look at my arms, see how short they are? If I had your shoulders I could get clothes to fit me so much easier.

Now, two men are talking:

Man 1: Haircut?
Man 2: Yeah.
