So how do we fall in love???
There are 3 stages:
1. LUST
2. ATTRACTION
3. ATTACHMENT
I think that when we go out in the streets and we see someone we like, that initial stage is LUST.
This stage is the most common that we will encounter every day. And this is the stage that we will not feel bad if we don't see them after the encounter.
When we meet up with the same people that we lust, we develop an ATTRACTION to them. This is the best and worst stage to be in. The good thing is that when we see them or about things related to them, we will feel happy.
And when we dont see them, we will get sad. How happy or sad you will be depends on your body reaction to the chemicals transmitted when u feel attraction to that someone.
If you are a person who is sensitive to those chemicals, and that somebody do not like you, then good luck to you. lol. You will have a cold turkey period just like drug addicts.
What are those chemicals anyway???
Dopamine: The same high you get from cocaine and nicotine.
Norepinephrine - Otherwise known as adrenalin. It gets us hot and sweating plus an increase in heartbeat.
Serotonin - This regulates your mood. Now you know where your mood swings come from.
